The fixed-axis gearbox has dual high/low speed gears (4 forward, 4 reverse) with rational speed ratios. Torque can increase by 35%, offering stronger power or faster speed while reducing fuel consumption.

The front frame is robot-welded, and the junction plate uses mortise-and-tenon welding, ensuring a solid and reliable structure. The forward-positioned front axle layout provides a rational center of gravity distribution, enhancing the product’s stability and flexibility.

Made via mold stamping and stretching, it features a four-column structure for stability. Live veneer technology enables a double-sided opening/closing design, enhancing maintenance convenience. The steel heat dissipation grille offers excellent seismic performance, protects against foreign objects and flying rocks, and ensures good heat dissipation. Electrophoretic primer technology is also used to ensure the corrosion resistance of the covering parts.

The full frame, made of rectangular materials, has a streamlined design with curved glass for aesthetics and visibility. The cab is ROPS and FOPS certified, with damping seats for comfort. It uses ST16 steel plates from Baosteel, Shanghai, shaped by precision mold stamping and stretching. The coating includes electrophoretic primer and electrostatic spraying for corrosion resistance, maintaining 85% light reflection over five years.

Made by Rubber Factory No. 6, the product features a 24° conical joint with double sealing (inner flat seal and outer O-ring) for anti-leakage. The double-layer steel wire oil pipe is high-pressure resistant and connects seamlessly with precision-machined, high-strength joints. It maintains stable performance under harsh conditions, preventing hydraulic oil leakage and ensuring system operation. The hose is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, extending service life and reducing maintenance costs.

Adopting self-developed heavy-duty drive axles for high-intensity, high-load operations, the system features a 7:41 main reduction ratio for enhanced acceleration and torque. The wheel hub reduction uses 22/57 crown teeth and four planetary gear sets with increased tooth diameter, ensuring low torque and high strength. The axle housing is parallel four-hole mounted, weighing 12 kg more. Standard large brake calipers allow parking on a 35° incline without slipping. The axle head is quenched and tempered for longer life, reducing failures and improving efficiency. The rear swing axle floats for good off-road performance, enhancing grip and climbing power while reducing diesel engine power consumption and saving fuel.

The fuel tank and hydraulic oil tank layout is carefully designed for optimal heat dissipation. Large ventilation openings on the hood, based on aerodynamic principles, enhance engine cooling efficiency. The high-level water tank layout and a 26mm × 3 exhaust pipe belt radiator enable independent heat dissipation zones for the engine, working hydraulic unit, and walking hydraulic unit. This design ensures hydraulic kinetic energy dissipation for core components and alleviates high-temperature operation issues in loaders.
